Beautiful, antique map of The Cinchona Region of Bolivia from 1942 for the US Board of Economic Warfare. This is a formerly restricted and confidential map from the US Government. The word "restricted" has been inked out, possibly when the info was declassified—but over time this ink has evaporated from the paper, revealing what is underneath. The paper is thick and has an american eagle watermark pattern.
Perfect for the historian, map-lover, the curious or just as a conversation starter. Very rare. Vintage maps such as this make great gifts.
